These are some photographs that a took during a trip to Brighton with the school, during our annual summer enrichment week. Those of us who picked the media course for the week were set the task of taking interesting photographs whilst we were there that could be used for postcards etc.
Throughout the rest of the week we chose our best photos and edited them in different ways, here are a few of my edited photos.

Edits Part 1
Here are some pictures that I took of my friend Freya during the early stages of the arts award, we used each other as models and as I not only enjoy taking photographs, I also enjoy editing them, I decided to edit some of the pictures taken and used quotes from anti-bullying campaigns, various websites and created some myself to give the photos more meaning and a more interesting aesthetic.
This quote was taking from an anti-bullying campaign.

Again I ask that photographs are not copied.

Nearly The End...
I have nearly finished my arts award now. I have completed parts A, B and C. For part A a performed with my dance class in a dance show at my school and also performed Act II from the play Teechers by John Godber with the KS4 drama club at my school, for this I also did photography. For part B I went to an Olly Murs concert and it was an amazing experience. For part C I have written about Patrcik Demarchelier, a fashion photographer and Olly Murs a singer. For part D, I showed my friend how to "do" photography, I showed her how to find the right lighting a setting for the pictures you want to take, and that boring things can be interesting, when shot from different angles. I helped her to explore the world of photography using different levels and settings, and hopefully she enjoyed it.
I have really enjoyed taking part in the bronze arts award and have learnt many different things. I have learnt how to using setting and lighting to create an atmospheric photograph and how to use different effects to enhance photographs that I have taken. I have learnt many new things about my arts heroes and their lives and I have also learnt how to work with others to teach them about things that I am passionate about.

We Are Warriors
Today I have been taking pictures with my friend Kari. I told her she should have war paint and back combed hair, then I made her go to my local park and hide in the trees and bushes while I took photos. This might sound crazy and it probably was, especially to the people walking past but we got some really good photos which I will upload with my next post x Here is a sneak peak...
Again please note that these pictures were taken by me and are for my personal use only !!!

Scottish Snaps
I
recently stayed at Ardmaddy Castle near Oban in Scotland, I go there every year
in the Easter holidays and always enjoy looking at the stunning views of the
local areas such as Easdale and Siel Island. I decided that this year I would
take some pictures to contribute to Part A of my bronze arts award. I am
extremely happy with the photographs and think it is a great way for me to
express myself. These are some of the pictures I took...
Please note that these photographs were taken by me and are for my personal use only!!!
If you want to use these photographs, please leave a comment asking permission and wait for a response before copying them.
